We thought the old way of running a salon was limiting. So we created a monthly membership that allows our community unlimited access to top stylists for cuts, colour, and blowouts. Thoughtfully reimagined—this is your HNB.

Clients no longer worry about affordability, it’s about great hair everyday and that’s what we want for our customers.
The industry is changing, clients need are changing and we needed to come up with a model that worked in tandem. We want our customers to join our community and change the way they think of salons and most importantly price.

It’s simple £100 joining fee and £100 standing order.
This allows you complete access to all services except hair extensions and aesthetics. Your visits are only limited by availability and we have more than enough stylists to accommodate you.
Our terms and conditions are also simple, we ask you simply to behave as you normally would. We welcome non members at our usual prices tariff.
What is a HNB Membership?
HNB offers an inclusive membership that gives you access to luxury services at members-only pricing.
How many appointments can I schedule at one time?
You can have two appointments scheduled at one time. Once you attend your scheduled appointment, you can request another.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes really, it’s unlimited. You can come in as often as you want. Just remember you can schedule up to two appointments at a time.
Can I request a specific stylist or colourist?
We make every attempt to accommodate your requests while prioritising you getting the most out of your membership.
How do I tip?
You may tip in cash or on your card directly with your stylist. We recommend tipping on the full service price.
What if I have extensions?
There is a £15 service charge per appointment for extensions.
How long does my membership last?
Memberships are either month to month or annual depending on the membership you choose.
Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.
We hope you understand the need for these policies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Please bring cash for gratuity.
LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICIES:
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Late cancels will be charged 50% of the service fee or forfeit a series in a package
No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked or forfeit a series in a package
In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly.
Memberships and membership appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note expiration date upon purchasing. Membership appointments cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Membership appointments cannot be gifted to a non-member to use.
